We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Accommodation Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with researching, coordinating, and managing accommodation arrangements for clients. You will ensure all lodging details are accurate, confirmed, and aligned with client preferences and budgets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and delivering a high standard of service in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend accommodation options based on client requirements
• Prepare and organize quotes, reservation details, and confirmation documents
• Communicate with clients to gather preferences and respond to general inquiries
• Coordinate with lodging providers to confirm bookings and special requests
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client documentation
• Provide timely updates and professional support throughout the booking process

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus but not required
