We are seeking a facilities Production Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑performing facility.

• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all safety programs; investigate incidents and correct issues immediately.
• Lead warehouse production activities including scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet throughput, accuracy, and service goals.
• Manage production staff—assign work, monitor performance, and provide training and coaching.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain timely, efficient output.
• Track inventory levels and material availability to support uninterrupted operations.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards in quality control, order accuracy, and customer service.
• Address escalated customer concerns and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure compliance with employment and workers’ compensation regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehousing, quality services, and production.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in warehouse or production management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and warehouse operational best practices.
• Proven ability to manage teams, improve processes, and achieve performance targets.
• Valid Driver’s License required; a valid passport is preferred
• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required /  Post-secondary education preferred
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen,  and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
