We are currently expanding our division and looking for driven, passionate members to join our TEAM in Southwest Florida. Where you work matters.
Job Summary:
***This is not an onsite new home sales role nor a path to an onsite new home sales role.***
Responsible for communication (phone, email, bomb bombs) with all division web and phone leads, including follow up directly with the potential buyer to assess preferences and needs; primary goals are to discover needs of potential buyers and scheduling of appointments with New Home Consultants at preferred community(s); and transitioning leads to appointments and ultimately to sales. Requires the ability to build solid relationships with customers on the phone and via written communication utilizing strong sales and customer service skills. Also requires knowledge of and the ability to deliver accurate and educational information about our homes and communities and work within a CRM Database (Pivotal).
