Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and telephone.
• Assist with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support.
• Efficiently resolve issues while maintaining an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal gaming experience for customers.
• Stay informed regarding company products and industry trends to provide relevant and informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
