Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance user experiences.
• Document interactions in our CRM system accurately.
• Gather user feedback to help improve content moderation practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and moderation tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
