Role Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager for LMS, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our lending platform. You will bridge the gap between complex banking logic and a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for building a robust, SAMA-compliant engine that handles everything from loan origination and underwriting to servicing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn the LMS Vision: Define the long-term vision for the Loan Management System, ensuring it supports diverse lending products (Mortgages, Bridge Loans, Rent-to-Own).Market Alignment: Stay ahead of KSA fintech trends, analyzing competitors and emerging technologies (Open Banking) to keep Soar at the forefront of the Proptech sector.Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, balancing feature development, technical debt, and regulatory requirements.
2. LMS & Banking ExecutionCore Banking Logic: Design and implement complex calculation engines for amortization schedules, interest rates (fixed/variable), and penalty logic compliant with Islamic Finance principles (Murabaha, Ijarah).Integrations: Lead the integration strategy with third-party banking services and national infrastructure, including SIMAH (credit bureau), Nafath (IAM), Yakeen, and SADAD (payments).Workflow Automation: Automate the loan lifecycle—origination, underwriting decisioning, disbursement, repayment tracking, and delinquency management—to reduce manual operational load.
3. Compliance & OperationsRegulatory Adherence: Ensure all product features strictly comply with SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.Reporting: Build modules for regulatory reporting and internal financial reconciliation.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering to define technical specs (APIs,microservices) and with Risk/Compliance teams to embed credit policies into the product.
