About the Role 📝 

As our Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily office operations and management of the front office staff.  As the first point of contact, your friendly attitude, professionalism, and strong organizational skills will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the team to thrive.  

Responsibilities 🗂 

• 😊Create a Collaborative environment for the front office team and delegate daily tasks 

• ☎️Efficiently assist answering multiple phone lines, ensuring that each patient receives prompt and courteous service.  

• 📅Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date appointment calendar, ensuring that all patients are scheduled accurately and appropriately for their treatments.  

• 🔒Accurate patient data entry, ensuring that all patient data is entered in compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA) and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.  

What We're Looking For 🔍 

Qualifications: 

• 🦷Previous experience in a dental office or receptionist role is preferred but not required 🦷 

• ✅Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.  

• 📆Willingness to work 2 Saturdays a month.  

• 😊Positive, friendly attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.  

Skills: 

• 🗣Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships  

• ⚡Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

• ❤️Compassionate, patient-centered approach, dedicated to enhancing patient experiences.  

• 💻Basic office and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office and typing 

• 🤝Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with both administrative and clinical teams to ensure efficient office operations and high quality patient care.
