Operation HOPE is currently seeking an IT SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR with expertise in cloud, endpoint, and security solutions. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure and security platforms, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and protection of organizational assets. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Entra), Intune, Zscaler, and cybersecurity awareness platforms.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Zscaler Deployment & Support: Implement, configure, and maintain Zscaler solutions to ensure secure and reliable access for users across environments.
• Cybersecurity Training Platform: Manage and support Wizer (or equivalent) to ensure employees complete cybersecurity awareness training and compliance requirements.
• Azure Administration: Administer Azure resources, including monitoring, access management, and security posture.
• Identity & Access Management: Oversee Azure/Entra administration, managing users, devices, and security groups.
• Endpoint Management: Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and security enforcement.
• Security Oversight: Apply Microsoft Azure / Entra security policies, MFA, conditional access, and compliance measures in alignment with organizational policies.
• User Support: Provide support for end user tickets of common PC or software issues.    
• Executive Leadership and Concierge Support: Deliver prompt and prioritized support to executives, ensuring they receive the highest level of assistance and timely issue resolution in alignment with the organization's critical time requirements.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• High aspirations for all people to be successful and empowered financially

• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or cloud/security administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure administration, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler deployment/support.
• Familiarity with security best practices, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST), and IT operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong people skills and the ability to work with high pressure executives
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site visits

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft or Zscaler certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-500, Zscaler ZCCA-IA).
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, Intune scripts, Azure policies).
• Prior work in compliance-driven environments.

LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA (On-site 2 Days a week plus the 3rd FRI of each month and when needed as a stand in for the Site Admin)
