Position Specific Description
This position is located at our Martin Plant in Indiantown, Florida and will travel the state of Florida to support the fleet outages in duration of up to 3 months at a time. Tools are provided by the company. Days and shifts will vary based on the business unit needs during the outage. Normal schedule (not supporting an outage) is a day shift Monday-Friday. Overtime hours average approximately between 400 hours to 800 hours per year. Employees are offered per diem when traveling outside of their region. The plant operates 24/7 so individuals will be expected to work and support weekend days as needed.
