Description

The role

As our first ever office manager, you'll work closely with the whole team to keep our daily operations running smoothly, while also taking on hands on projects as we grow. 

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the office space day to day
• Manage our supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking
• Find and coordinate external providers like cleaning companies and suppliers
• Support logistics tasks such as shipments and deliveries
• Keep our Google Workspace organized and easy to use
• Take on projects like office setup, ATA carnets for shipping equipment, or small repairs and painting

Requirements

• Prior experience or strong interest in an organizing role such as office management
• Knowledge of office and admin work, such as supply chain basics, inventory setup, and Google Suite
• A positive attitude and a can-do mindset
• A team player who works well with others
• Comfortable with a role where some tasks repeat every week and others are one time projects

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in office or event management
• Background (internship or previous work) in scaling companies, or  robotics/ deeptech environments 
• Comfortable with being hands-on when it comes to furniture assembly/disassembly
