Job OverviewWe are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for motivated and passionate leaders to take on the role of Lead Math Instructor starting in the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Our mission is to empower children to understand, master, and develop a love for math through our renowned curriculum, which has positively impacted countless students since its inception in 2002.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and collaborate with a team of educators to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting.
  • Evaluate students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
  • Provide teaching and tutoring services in-center, online, or through hybrid models utilizing our instructional methods.
  • Achieve proficiency with digital educational resources and processes.
  • Ensure a safe and professional learning environment.
  • Assist with organizational tasks as necessary.
Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated math competency through a minimum of Algebra I.
  • Capacity to balance leadership duties with instructional responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace training initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and enthusiasm for working with students.
  • All candidates must complete a math literacy assessment, provide work authorization, and undergo a background check.
