Job Summary

Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label: from discovery and signing, through distribution, marketing, analytics, and beyond. Our mission is to give artists, labels, and their teams the tools to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new creative and commercial opportunities.

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, customizable interfaces that work for novices and industry experts alike. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of a platform that will transform how labels operate, while designing with AI-driven insights and automation in mind. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design direction for the new platform, from concept through execution
• Design a modular, role-based interface that adapts seamlessly to diverse workflows
• Integrate AI-ready design patterns that enable smarter, faster decision-making
• Mentor and inspire a talented design team, building a culture of creativity and innovation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to deliver beautiful, scalable, and technically feasible solutions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• 5+ years in UI/UX design, with experience mentoring design teams for complex SaaS platforms
• Experience bridging creative vision with execution in multi-role, multi-use-case environments
• Strong grasp of design systems, modern front-end frameworks, and AI-driven user experiences
• Ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
• A portfolio showcasing data-rich, customizable, and user-centric products

Pay Scale

• $120,000 - $130,000 CAD per year
• The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
