Publishing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail oriented Publisher with experience working on a large Content Management System and Ad Serving Platform.  The Publisher plays a role in deploying campaign content to various Air Miles Channels including Web & Mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Content Publishing Manager to deliver multiple projects concurrently while adhering to different work-back schedules and milestones
• Communicate effectively to the team, stakeholders, and partners to ensure delivery of all projects within SLA (which includes working closely with the internal IT team)
• Create/Update HTML pages within Adobe Experience Manager + Contentful
• Setting up targeted/personalized content within Adobe Target
• Sending out mobile push communications within Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Provide quality control proofs to stakeholders
• Ensure all appropriate quality control checks are done prior to release for production
• Work on major projects that are key to the AIR MILES Reward Programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer science, programming, or related program(s)
• Solid and demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Adobe Properties (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer an asset)
• Experience publishing content within a Content Management System (ie. WordPress, Drupal, ATG, etc)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience working in CSS and Javascript a strong asset
• Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team and interact with other internal groups

Pay Type:

The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
