• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Support the restaurant manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Help coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
• Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, POS system operations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
