Russell Landscape is looking for a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader with skills, drive, and pride. If you're experienced, motivated, and ready to grow your career in the green industry, we want to hear from you!

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of landscape professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, equipment upkeep, and material planning for commercial properties.
• Ensure all maintenance work—mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and more—is done to the highest standards.
• Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring total satisfaction.
• Estimate labor and materials for upcoming projects and keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor crew performance, coach team members, and drive excellence in every detail.
• Operate landscape equipment and occasionally assist with commercial construction projects.

 📋 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Strong knowledge of turf, plant care, and commercial maintenance techniques
• Skilled in operating a wide range of landscape equipment
• Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
