As a Direct Support Professional on the Transition and Children’s Services team, (DSP-TC), you will partner with kids and teens (typically ages 10 up to 18) to learn, grow, and have fun. You will help them make friends, try new things, and build skills like cooking, cleaning, and being responsible. You’ll cheer them on at school, play games, and support them in becoming more independent. Every day, you’ll see the difference you make, whether it is a high-five after a big win, a smile when they master something new, or a moment of confidence when they feel proud of themselves. You will be at the heart of providing safety, comfort, and stability while they build a strong foundation of success and self-determination.

As a member of our team, you will receive advanced training in mental health and positive behavioral support, empowering you to provide the best possible care. You will work alongside a supportive team that shares the common goal of helping these children achieve consistent, stable, and productive lives.
