Description

Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, Private Pay billing and collections
• Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
• Daily cash posting
• Handle family inquires pertaining to billing
• Participate in the monthly close process and triple check meetings
• Post ancillary charges each month
• Prepare the daily census report

Previous experience in billing Georgia Medicaid for long-term care facilities is required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus
• Previous Medicaid billing experience in a Georgia skilled nursing facility is required for applicants to be considered
