- Processes Corrections as needed.
- Runs Continuation Searches.
- Provides Tax Continuations to closers at closing.
- Researches and verifies that deeds, mortgages and assignments were recorded. Issues endorsements for same.
- Handles a Variety of other tasks necessary to prepare for closings.
- Responsible for Preparation of Duplicate Original Policies and Pro-Forma Policies to be sent to clients.
- Handles Heavy Volume of Phone calls.
- General admin duties.

Benefits
Part-time position - $25/hr - Looking for approx 20-25 hours per week. Holiday and pro-rated PTO are available.
