We are looking for a motivated and personable Contact Center Placement Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with our network of driver candidates and prospective students who are exploring new career paths and educational programs. This is a phone-first, high-energy position where you’ll make 200+ outbound calls per day (to warm leads only), as well as handle inbound calls and chat inquiries generated by our marketing efforts. If you enjoy building connections, guiding people toward life-changing opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls to connect with candidates and present career and trade school opportunities
  • Qualify driver candidates, ensuring their skills and goals align with open opportunities
  • Conduct meaningful conversations with potential students to understand their career goals
  • Connect trade school prospects with campus recruiters for next steps
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities when possible


    • What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Steady and recent work history with excellent attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Friendly, engaging personality with a self-starter attitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Comfort with sales-related activities and performance goals
