A leading technology company is seeking an Electronic Service Technician to support the testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic test equipment. The successful candidate will perform functional testing, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of electronic instruments, ensuring they meet performance standards and specifications. Electronic Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional testing, diagnostics, and maintenance of electronic instruments; document service activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams; contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment meets performance specifications and standards.
  • Support internal teams and external customers by applying technical expertise to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Electronic Service Technician Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment, preferably including high voltage and high current instruments.
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with automated calibration platforms (e.g., STE, PC-based systems, METCAL, TME) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Demonstrated electronic and mechanical competence with adherence to ESD, safety, and quality standards.
