THE OPENING PITCH

This is a high-speed sales role for someone who wants to own their territory and work without a boss breathing down their neck. We provide the systems, but you are the one who makes the deals happen.

THE JOB 

You will be the face of our company in the field. Your day includes finding leads, knocking on doors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and closing contracts. This is not a desk job. It is a fast-paced role for someone who likes to be on the move and in control of their own day.

WHO WE NEED:

  • Self-Runners: You don't need to be told what to do.
  • Fast Movers: You act with urgency and never let a lead go cold.
  • Closers: You are confident and know how to get a "Yes."
  • Owners: You take 100% responsibility for your own income.

THE MONEY

  • Uncapped Commission: Earn $10k–$25k+ per month. There is no limit.
  • Bonuses: Extra rewards for top performance.
  • Freedom: You set your own schedule and manage your own territory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work outdoors and climb onto roofs.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but hunger and grit are more important.
