The Senior Pharmacy Contracting Professional ensures contract compliance and performs analysis regarding pharmacy claims and network composition to identify contracting needs to provide adequate coverage for Humana Health Horizons membership. The individual in this position will operate under Humana's Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), Humana Pharmacy Solutions, to maintain Humana's pharmacy network for existing and upcoming Medicaid business. The primary responsibilities of the position include overseeing pharmacy network setups, day-to-day pharmacy network maintenance, and reporting (e.g., geo access, network directories, etc.) to internal business partners throughout the company to ensure compliance with state Medicaid requirements. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
