$23.00 per hour, Full-Time, Multiple shifts available, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
Join our team and help turn fresh and dehydrated mushrooms into premium wellness products! As a Processing Technician, you'll be involved in every stage of production - from growing and harvesting to milling, blending, and packaging high-quality mushroom products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, harvest, mill, and hand-mix mushrooms into high-quality wellness powders
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently; identify and troubleshoot issues
- Complete accurate documentation and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow cGMP procedures, complete required training, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
This is a very physical role - The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork. Must be reliable, proactive, and physically fit to stand long hours and lift up to 75 lbs. frequently. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, cGMP regulations, and proper PPE use in noisy, extreme temperature environments. Math, reading, and reasoning skills are essential to interpret work instructions and solve problems. Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are necessary for organizing tasks and maintaining composure in a dynamic setting.
- A pre-employment physical is required prior to employment
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of similar physical work.
