The Client Activation Manager will serve as a key support resource for media activation for Local Media’s key partner relationships. There will be a detailed focus on Local Radio Remotes, Local Radio schedules, Local TV zoned cable activations, and General Market TV buys. This role ensures timely communication, accurate campaign tracking, and seamless execution of media requests across assigned accounts. Strong prioritization, coordination, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential to success in this position.

• Work closely with agency partners to ensure individual campaign success
• Secure campaign details from vendors based on KPI criteria provided from agency
• Order, maintain, supervise full media negotiation and stewardship to allow for successful campaign launches
• Facilitate sharing of creative assets and required materials between vendors and agency contacts
• Manage post-buying activity including invoice reconciliation and agency actualization
• Develop and maintain relationships directly with stations and their representatives.
• Work closely with Senior Account Director, Associate Media Director, VP Group Account director to develop and implement processes to meet agency expectations.
• Provide support for ad hoc requests from agency parnters to help manage overall deliverables

• 2–4 years of experience in media buying, planning, promotions & sponsorships or advertising coordination preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and media tools like OX, PeopleSoft, Prisma

The salary range for this role is $53,000 - $65,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
