This position performs a broad range of maintenance tasks including basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and service response at University Park, a small apartment complex which provides affordable family housing for students and staff.
Day-to-day tasks vary based on residents’ needs, deadlines, weather, and other often-changing factors. Employee determines prioritization of general maintenance tasks based on safety, urgency, workflow, and department goals, submits work order requests to Facilities Maintenance, and coordinates the scheduling of projects involving staff in Housing, FM, and other departments, entities and/or contractors as applicable. Full time, regular, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Daily work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position pays $24.24/hour or applicable transfer rate.
