About this Position
ChristianaCare is searching for a Patient Experience Project Manager to be responsible for managing and operationalizing performance improvement related projects throughout the Christiana Care Health System under the direction of the Patient Experience leadership. The Program Manager will be the facilitator, analyst, and consultant, assisting and guiding the support teams to redesign and improve processes, behaviors, and outcomes. This role will also develop project plans and timelines, bringing together resources as needed. Works with many functional areas throughout Christiana Care.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role with a combination of regular on-site needs and remote working capabilities. Flexibility is needed for this position as there will be some early morning start time and some later evening end times. Will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
