About the Role:

MSS Security is seeking a Rover Security Officer to join our professional team at our Bella Vista location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile site, offering variety in your role, great team culture, and ongoing support.

  • Mix of roving and control room duties

  • General patrols across the site

  • Access control and monitoring

  • Incident response and reporting

  • Supporting control room operations as required

  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid NSW Security Licence and First Aid Certificate

  • Valid NSW drivers license

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (weekdays, weekends, and public holidays)

  • A team player who is reliable and takes initiative
