Duties
Inspects facilities, equipment and furnishings and performs preventive maintenance involving two or more trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical within skill level. Installs and/or repairs curtain rods, locks, hasps, ceiling fans, and furniture as required. Hangs mirrors, pictures and installs wall shelves. Replace light bulbs, using ladder and/or step stool to reach high areas. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have general experience which provided a basic knowledge of and ability to perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical duties. Must be skilled in the use of common hand tools, power equipment, and in measuring and aligning items to be installed. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
