Duties

Inspects facilities, equipment and furnishings and performs preventive maintenance involving two or more trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical within skill level. Installs and/or repairs curtain rods, locks, hasps, ceiling fans, and furniture as required. Hangs mirrors, pictures and installs wall shelves. Replace light bulbs, using ladder and/or step stool to reach high areas. Must be skilled in the use of common hand tools, power equipment, and in measuring and aligning items to be installed.
