GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Production Coordinator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX.  Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop the production schedule for assigned products; providing enough lead time to procure raw materials and manufacturing components to meet production sales demand and/or forecast requirements.
  • Collaborate with Buyers to identify materials necessary to meet the production schedule.
  • Monitors plant adherences to schedules and facilitate actions to improve.
  • Revise production schedule when required and communicate cross functionally
  • Identify discrepancies with regulated or non-regulated inventory and communicate with appropriate personnel to resolve.
  • Create, print, and issue Manufacturing Work Orders timely.
  • Perform transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
  • Establishes and maintains product inventory levels throughout the supply chain that are consistent with business unit goals while maintaining required customer service levels.
  • Develop, prepare, and maintain production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives.
  • Gather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules.
  • Monitor daily production results and communicate schedule changes
  • Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • High School or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role:
  • Bending, lifting, stooping, pushing, pulling
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive motion - Hands/wrist/shoulder
  • Ability to lift up-to 30 pounds (over 30 pounds requires a team lift).
