Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Officers to join the Hospital Outreach Post Suicidal Engagement ( HOPE) team / department.

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

 

 

About Mental Health Division:  

Northern Health is the third largest mental health service in Victoria Northern. 

 

Within the Mental Health Division, we pride ourselves on providing high quality mental health services to people living in the northern regions of Melbourne, and work in a collaborative way with consumers and carers based on recovery principles. 

 

We aim to provide strong clinical leadership to support all staff in the provision of professional treatment and care by our integrated community teams, inpatient, and residential services. 

 

 

 

About the Role:

 

This role requires an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the team at Northern Health, Northern Area Mental Health Hospital Outreach Post Suicidal Engagement Team (HOPE).

 

 

Fixed term contract 48hrs per fortnight with the potential of ongoing permanent 32hrs, located in Mill Park.

 

 

This position will be integral in ensuring the effective delivery of all administrative functions.

 

 

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Experience and good working knowledge of reception, medical records, other database management, minute taking, application of Microsoft Office tools, KPI collection and ordering.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a team.
