SALARY: The salary range for this position is $64,962.45 to $105,602.61 for Schedule A, and $64,962.45 to $100,322.50 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The Atlantic and Cape May Vicinage is seeking a versatile and proactive individual with excellent finance, accounting, and cash management skills to supervise the Mays Landing office of the finance division. Under the general direction of the Court Executive 2b (Finance Division Manager) and the Court Executive 1b (Assistant Finance Division Manager), the selected candidate will perform professional administrative and cash management functions for court-held funds and revenues and supervise the diverse work activities of a team composed of support personnel.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Travel: This position requires travel within the multicounty vicinage and to other judiciary locations as needed.Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 21 credits hours in accounting, business administration, economics, public administration statistics, mathematics, data analytics or financial-related courses. Six (6) of these credit hours must be in accounting and three years of paraprofessional and/or professional experience, one year of which shall have included experience in accounting, accounts payable, auditing, purchasing, budgeting, cash management and/or financial analysis.
Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education but do possess the required 21 credit hours in accounting, business administration, economics, public administration, statistics, mathematics, data analytics or financial-related courses, including six (6) accounting credit hours, may substitute paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis. A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, economics, accounting, statistics, mathematics, data analytics or finance may be substituted for one year of general experience as indicated above –OR– a CPA designation may be substituted for one year of general experience as indicated above.
