To help further our mission, Harbor Health is seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager, Workforce Development & Engagement who is deeply passionate about enhancing learning opportunities and driving employee satisfaction and engagement. As the Program Manager, you will be a pivotal force in collaborating with department leaders to identify and address critical workforce development needs. Your efforts will directly impact recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement levels, while aligning and elevating organizational performance.

This position is hybrid (in office and work from home) and is based out of Harbor Health's corporate office in Mattapan, MA. Position includes travel to other Harbor locations as needed. Applicants must reside in a commutable distance to our locations in Massachusetts. This is not a fully remote position.
