The Role

The Patient CRM Strategy Lead acts as the CEO for the Patient CRM product suite and is the market owner for the product. This role is responsible for shaping Veeva’s Patient CRM product strategy, creating the Patient CRM product messaging and positioning, determining Patient CRM customer pricing, playing a lead role in senior-level customer discussions, and overall customer success with Patient CRM. The strategy lead is also responsible for the content and structure of our customer events and information flow to the sales teams.

What You'll Do

  • Advise the Veeva Patient CRM product team on product capabilities and priorities
  • Create the product messaging and positioning
  • Create the sales strategy for the Patient CRM product and direct the sales team to execute on that strategy
  • Determine Patient CRM customer pricing
  • Play a customer facing role in senior level discussions on the Patient CRM product and strategy
  • Own overall customer success for Patient CRM
  • Create and own the revenue plan for the Patient CRM product
  • Build a high performing, collaborative Patient CRM strategy team

    • Requirements

  • 8+ years in the Life Sciences industry
  • 3+ years developing or implementing a Patient CRM product
  • 5+ years as a market owner/practice leader
  • 5+ years as a manager of teams of 6+ people

    • Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of consulting experience at a major technology or consulting firm
  • 3+ years in a comparable strategy role
  • 5+ years experience with SaaS

    • Compensation

  • Base pay: $150,000 - $300,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
