Job Description

1 Lead Lean and Six Sigma Projects to deliver targeted results.

2 Drive Product Robustness at site. Identify improvement projects to make the product robust

3 Support WCM initiatives with day to day tracking of pillar progress

4 Support manpower optimization projects and manning standard for the plant

5 Capturing and transferring best practices to and from other plants

6 Support Digital Transformation Journey.

7 Drive Capability building at site
