Do you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a professional and supportive team? Baltimore Country Club is actively searching for an Assistant Equipment Manager to help maintain our fleet of golf course equipment. No prior experience is required; we'll train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.

Tasks:

• Assist in maintaining and repairing golf course equipment, mowers, and utility vehicles
• Learn to inspect and adjust mowing equipment for ideal turf conditions
• Support preventive maintenance programs and help track service records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance facility
• Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Golf Course Superintendents to support daily operations

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and desire to learn mechanical and technical skills
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Must be available to work early mornings and weekends during the golf season
• Team oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50lbs
