The Financial Aid Department is seeking a Work Study eligible Office Assistant.

Note:This position is limited to 19 hours per week and accrues 1 hour of non-compensable sick leave for every 40 hours worked.

Position Duties

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Primary duties will be processing, imaging (scanning), and filing student financial aid forms and documents.  
  • Data entry and respond to financial aid office emails with general information to students, parents & visitors. 
  • Must have a good customer service attitude, be detail-oriented, and be able to work in a confidential setting.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
