Job Summary:

Looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Administration Analyst to maintain vehicle lease records ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the company's vehicle lease portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and verifying lease agreements and related documentation

• Maintaining up-to-date lease files and databases

• Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding lease terms and conditions

• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and accounting, to ensure compliance with lease terms

• Assisting in the drafting of lease agreements

• Developing and implementing lease administration policies and procedures
• Maintaining active lease customer and prospect CRM files.
• Lease audits to include rating, current variable readings and rating structure.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in lease administration or a related field

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
