Position Summary
The Executive Host is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mid- to high-limit players, ensuring guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits. This role promotes property amenities, coordinates VIP services, and supports revenue growth through player development programs while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and targeted players to increase loyalty and visitation
Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property events to guests
Greet and assist casino guests at events, promotions, and VIP functions
Track guest activity, arrange accommodations, and issue comps according to company guidelines
Issue Player’s Club cards and promote the Rewards program
Network and conduct telemarketing to attract and retain players
Monitor guest accounts to protect rewards and credit lines
Address guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
Coordinate special services including food, beverage, transportation, and entertainment
Represent the property at events on- and off-site as a spokesperson when required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of games, player tracking systems, promotions, and competitive offerings
Review activity reports to assess performance and adjust plans as needed
Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Five (5) years of host experience in a large-scale gaming operation with both slots and table games
Established player following
Strong knowledge of player tracking systems and comp guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong guest relations and phone etiquette skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Prior experience in marketing or player development within a gaming environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noise, and standard casino conditions
Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with guests across the property
Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
Regular use of communication tools and systems for guest interaction
Requires mental focus, decision-making under time pressure, and strong communication skills
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs dictate. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel as required.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
