Job Description:

Overview 

YESO National Service is searching for sales professionals who have expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of the sales team, you will help craft client-success strategies, build strong client relationships, seek expansion opportunities within YESCO’s existing national portfolio, and collaborate with cross-functional team leaders both internally and externally to deliver consistently excellent client experiences. The ideal candidate would be passionate about improving relationships, identifying needs, finding solutions, driving results, and exceeding sales goals. 

 

Objectives of this position 

Ownership of relationships with assigned clients

- Provide excellent customer service

Establish and take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner to help ensure the continued value of  YESCO’s capabilities are presented clearly and effectively 

Maintain customer-success strategies and best practices with the Key Account Manager

- Prospect within existing client portfolios and identify expansion opportunities 

Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to better 

understand customer needs, maximize growth, and share knowledge

Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within a CRM system

Responsibilities 

Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned contacts, building trust and rapport 

while identifying areas of opportunity and updating customer records accordingly

Use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues by providing solutions

Collaborate, problem-solve, and strategize with team members to support client needs

Attend customer meetings both in person and virtually

- Prepare customized presentations and proposals

- Meet and exceed established sales goals

- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities within a CRM System

 

Required skills and qualifications

A High School Diploma/GED and undergraduate degree and five or more years of relevant experience and/training or any combination of training, education and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities, and skills. Knowledge of the sign and lighting industry is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite

- Business agility; the ability to multitask and pivot based on the needs of the client or internal YESCO teams

- Personal leadership and accountability

- Time management and organizational skills

- Previous experience with CRM systems

- Cross functional teamwork; ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and nonverbal)

- Attention to detail

- 3-5 years experience in account management and/or technical sales preferred

- The ability to travel up to 15% of the time

This is a remote position. You will be required to have a dedicated workspace in a home office free from distraction and have reliable internet connectivity. There will be a 90 day evaluation to ensure that you are meeting the requirements and expectations of the position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:  focus for long periods of time; use computers to enter data; use telephone to converse with customers; perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement.  The employee is regularly required to:  talk, feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands.  Must be able to occasionally move objects of 10-15 lbs.  Specific vision abilities include:  clarity of vision at 20 inches or less; and ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.  Must have the ability to manage stressful situations including long work hours and the flexibility to meet client needs.  Regional travel is possible every 6-8 weeks.
