We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer orders and requests from the moment a project is sold until its delivery and installation. Acting as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, you will play a vital role in gathering project data and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client once the order is confirmed;
  • Gather and validate all necessary information to coordinate the project;
  • Respond to client requests throughout the entire process;
  • Coordinate all stages of the sales project, from planning to delivery and installation;
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate information in internal systems (SAP);
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, planning, purchasing, production, logistics, installation, after-sales service, etc.);
  • Handle service calls and coordinate follow-up actions;
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Take part in improving project management processes.

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management or project coordination role;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required – English proficiency will be tested during the hiring process;
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset;
  • Logical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to team success.
