OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Toddler Care Program (TCP). This role involves managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of children in a private school setting.
The ideal candidate for the role will be a professional who,
- Has a valid State of Colorado PDIS Level 2 Certificate
- Has a current file of the standard PDIS annually-renewable classes
- Is experienced in and committed to Early Childhood Education
- Knows how to work effectively with others, keeping the focus on the kids
- Has (PREFERRED) a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Has strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families
- Has Knowledge of infant, toddler care best practices

DUTIES
- Foster a positive learning space that encourages curiosity, kindness and social interaction.
- Utilize Montessori principles to guide teaching methods and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe environment for all students.
- Communicate developmental progress to parents.
- Work with colleagues to share observations and best practices in the classroom.
- Provide individualized support to children as needed.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is effective at executing routines.
