Position Title: 

Facility Coordinator

Pay Rate:

$55,000-$69,500 per year

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the facility manager in daily operations and long-term planning of the conference center, including administrative functions.
• Act as the point-of-contact in the absence of the facility manager.
• Schedule and oversee contractors and tradespeople for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed upon timelines.
• Organize and assign tasks to maintenance staff and monitor progress.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory, etc.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by facility manager.
• Conduct regular inspections of the entire property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently, including IT hardware and software.
• Respond to facility-related issues and questions from staff and guests.
• Assist in managing the facility budget, including ordering supplies, parts, and equipment, and tracking expenses.
• Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The Skills You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with International Paper preferred
• Proven experience in facility coordination, maintenance, or a similar role
• Experience in a corporate or hospitality setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work evenings or weekends, as necessary
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs for extended periods of time
