PROCUREMENT ANALYST

Salary Range: $45331.0 - $73003.0 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

• You will assist with the review of procurement documents to determine completeness, regulatory and policy compliance, and the suitability of using simplified acquisition procedures versus contracting procedures.
• You will determine the extent of competition required, the appropriate procurement methodology, the most suitable contract line-item number structure, and the terms and conditions applicable to the procurement.
• You will prepare procurement documentation that complies with applicable statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• You will perform basic post-award administration actions, including modifications, option exercises, price, quantity, or delivery changes, and cancellations.
• You will perform market research to determine procurement history and the availability of sources.

Qualifications: GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience, of which one year must be equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience must demonstrate the following: Gathering technical data related to contracts, production, or purchasing/procurement activities. GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience, of which one year must be equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with gathering technical data related to contracts, production, or purchasing/procurement activities.
