Description

Guthrie County Hospital has a PRN Clinic RN, LPN, or CMA position available. This position reports to the Chief Clinic Administrator, working shifts Monday through Friday, depending on staffing needs.

This position utilizes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in providing comprehensive and competent patient care. The RN, LPN, or CMA provides effective interaction with patients, family members and staff, and coordinates interdepartmental patient care activities while maintaining nursing standards. This position also provides nursing care to patients within an outpatient clinic setting pursuant to the standard and policies of the department and the hospital.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school/college of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant license in the State of Iowa
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Prior clinic experience preferred
• Mandatory child/adult abuse reporter
