We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer who’s ready to own the marketing function and take it to the next stage of growth. This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, someone who sees the big picture, builds strategy and then rolls up their sleeves to make it happen.
You’ll own marketing initiatives end-to-end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing, business, and sales teams to build a high-impact ecosystem across demand, brand, and market visibility.

Define and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals
Identify growth opportunities across channels and turn them into actionable plans
Act as a strategic partner to sales and leadership teams
Own lead generation and pipeline growth across inbound and outbound initiatives
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, event marketing, email, partnerships, and community
Measure, track funnel performance, optimise campaigns and drive ROI
Build and scale PR and communications to strengthen brand credibility
Support the PR team in building thought leadership, media outreach and industry storytelling
Ensure a sharp, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Conceptualise and execute events, roundtables, webinars, and conference presence, along with the PR & Marketing team
Build partnerships that amplify reach and support business objectives
Lead and mentor a growing marketing team and external partners
Set clear priorities, drive accountability and create a culture of ownership
Stay hands-on - this is a builder role
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS
- Strong exposure to demand generation, PR and events
- Experience building and executing marketing strategy from scratch or scale-up stages
- Comfortable leading teams while staying deeply involved in execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset - bias for action, comfort with ambiguity and high ownership
- Ability to connect marketing outcomes directly to business impact
