As a Well Runner, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of well site equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

• Operate and monitor well site equipment to ensure the smooth operation of well production.
  
• Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  
• Conduct routine inspections and report any issues or irregularities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment status.
  
• Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
  
• Perform well servicing tasks and contribute to the efficient running of daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in oil and gas production or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the oil and gas industry.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in physically demanding environments.
  Willingness to work long hours as required
• Must be willing to meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (hair follicle), MVR check and fit for duty / agility test.
