CM3 is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive for our Fire & Security division to focus on new opportunities and expanding services to existing customers while managing and growing the Security and Fire customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new Fire sales leads.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Establish contact with prospects and potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, making sales presentations and following up on leads.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Define customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company Fire & Security offerings
- Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
at least five years of related experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be able to travel within our tri-state territory (PA, NJ & DE)
