About the Role 

At ICBD, we’re building companies—and a legacy—and we’re looking for an HR Programs & Operations Manager to help lead the people systems behind some of the fastest-growing healthcare and technology organizations in the U.S. The HR Programs & Operations Manager serves as a dual-impact role responsible for leading enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives while also executing core Human Resources Generalist (HRG) functions. This role partners closely with Human Resources leadership, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Operations to design, implement, and sustain HR programs that support organizational growth, compliance, and employee experience across ICBD.

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Programs & Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR programs, projects, and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support execution
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities
  • Prepare executive-level updates, reporting, and documentation

HR Generalist Operations

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters
  • Support corrective actions, investigations, and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support employee onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data, systems, and reporting

Requirements

  • BS/BA in human resources management, business administration or relevant field.
    • HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist and HR program or project management experience.
  • Healthcare and multi-state experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines accurately and professionally.
