About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients in Eagle Pass. You’ll assess and implement personalized plans that promote mobility, strength, and independence in children at various developmental stages.

Scheduling Options:

• PRN: Flexible scheduling
• Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
• Daytime and after-school hours available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills and mobility.
• Educate families on home exercises and safe movement strategies.
• Accurately document sessions, progress, and care updates.
• Participate in care planning and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
