• Host - engaging tours of our Memory Care community
• Build - relationships through community events, lunches, networking, and consistent follow-up
• Enable - occupancy growth with strategy, goal-setting, and CRM mastery
• Showcase – Dresher’s standout amenities: single-level community, multiple outdoor patios, library, weekly bus trips, daily activities, television & spa rooms, and more...

Requirements

You Bring:

• 3+ years in relationship sales (senior living experience a plus)
• Superior communication and people-skills
• Strong organizational instincts and diligent follow-up
• Tech comfort—MS Office, CRM systems & Internet based applications
• A heart for helping seniors thrive

Preferred: 

Bachelor’s degree—but passion and proven results are equally valued
